I'm a Senior Technical Writer and Documentation Engineer with over two decades of experience helping high-growth technology companies scale with useful, accessible documentation. My approach includes traditional technical writing (procedures, reference, and concepts) and modern engineering practices like Docs-as-Code and CI/CD automation.
I use Git-based workflows for version control and reviews, write Markdown in Visual Studio Code, and publish with a CI/CD pipeline. I also leverage LLM agents like Claude and Gemini as technical assistants, automation tools, and force multipliers.
I created this website with Astro/Starlight and host it with GitHub Pages.
